Cancellation

Cancellation policy:

For cancellations from 40 days before arrival, 100% of the agreed total price will be charged.

• Once a written confirmation and a deposit have been received, the reservation is considered binding.
• According to Art. 1.385 of the Italian Civil Code, the deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
• In the case of late arrival or early departure, the full booked stay will be charged.

There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless, we offer you the following cancellation conditions.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

Things can happen before a trip begins – with our travel cancellation protection you are financially secure. Should you start your booked stay late, not at all, or break it off early, cancellation fees may be charged.
