From 2024, the local tax will be € 3,00 per day and person aged 14 and over.

For each additional person in the apartment an extra charge will be made.

Children: 0-2,99 years gratis

The listed prices are valid for a minimum stay of 5 nights or more.

There is one parking space available for each apartment, garage for fee.

Dogs: € 15,00-20,00 per day allowed in certain apartments.

Interim cleaning: € 20,00

Final cleaning: € 70,00-105,00

Crib: € 10,00 per day (0-2,99 years)

Guest card Mobile: card free of charge

The municipal residence tax (local tax) is € 3,00 per day/person from the age of 14. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on site.

Payment: You can pay with cash (please note the current legal restrictions), with bankomat or credit card Visa Master-Card, Carta Si.

The price includes the use of: Black panoramic pool heated all year round, swimming pool Relax Room, Wellness Relax Room with water beds and ergonomic relaxation loungers, SPA area with Finnish sauna, aromatic steam bath and infrared sauna, rainforest shower, deckchairs, table tennis, barbecue in the garden, car park, colour/TV with satellite system, bed/bath and kitchen linen with change, central vacuum cleaning system, parquet floor, WLAN, heating, electricity. All apartments are with balcony or terrace and offer a wonderful view to the Dolomites and to our local mountain Sciliar.

If you wish, we will bring fresh bread rolls to your door every morning. A ski room with ski boot heating is available.

Washing machine and dryer for a fee. Children up to 3 years are free without bed and laundry. Parking place/garage available.

Reservation and deposit: A reservation is considered binding when you have paid the deposit to confirm it. The deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

In case of late arrival or early departure we will charge the whole booked stay, therefore we recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance. Our >>>cancellation conditions<<<

The apartments can be occupied on arrival from 16.00 hrs., on departure from 09.00 hrs. Panorama Alpe di Siusi gondola, 7 minutes by car Free Bus shuttle service. Enjoy our uniquely beautiful, quiet and central location, the unique panoramic view of an enchanting mountain world, where you can relax and unwind.

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung’s travel insurance.
