Cancellation policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n

For cancellations<\/strong> from 40 days before arrival, 100% of the agreed total price will be charged.<\/p>\n

  • Once a written confirmation and a deposit have been received, the reservation is considered binding.<\/li>\n
  • According to Art. 1.385 of the Italian Civil Code, the deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.<\/li>\n
  • In the case of late arrival or early departure, the full booked stay will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Consumer Protection Code \u2013 nevertheless, we offer you the following cancellation conditions.<\/p>\n
